Space Matters
We all need a space...to be free, to dream and innovate, to talk and be heard - a space to call our own.
We repurpose vacant and/or underused land and buildings for creative community, agricultural, educational and enterprise projects. We're based on the south coast of England, in Hastings, but we have links across the UK and internationally.
Our current urban regeneration projects include the transformation of:
- a rooftop car park into an urban farm, developing skills, environmental benefits and enterprise opportunities
- a long-term empty warehouse into a community garden, venue & hub
- a former betting shop into a community / training kitchen, meeting space and shop and
- a high street shop into a creative workspace.
If you're a landowner, or know of a vacant or abandoned buildings / parcel(s) of land that could help our cause, please get in touch.

We're always happy to hear from organisations and/or businesses which are interested in partnering with us to develop community-centred initiatives which deliver positive results.
